Designed for integration with robotic glazing systems and automated production processes, our dosing units ensure accurate glaze application while improving efficiency and reducing material waste.

Our product range includes both Single System Dosing Units and Dual System Dosing Units, providing flexible solutions for different production requirements. Each unit is equipped with an electrical glaze pump, mass flow meter, integrated air supply systems for atomizing and fan air, and an advanced PLC control system that manages all critical process parameters, including glaze flow, atomizing air, circulation, and spray gun control. A user-friendly touchscreen interface simplifies operation and process monitoring, while the integrated robot interface enables seamless communication with automated production cells.
