Automatic spray guns - Low Pressure Angled

The Angled is a 300 mm extension nozzle developed for Crescocito low-pressure automatic spray guns. It is designed for interior coating and other hard-to-reach areas where a standard spray gun cannot easily access the surface.

The Angled extension can be used with CLA 20, CLA 30 and CLA 80 automatic low-pressure spray guns, providing a flexible solution for specialized industrial coating applications.

It is particularly suitable for interior surfaces, cavities, recessed areas and other difficult-to-reach surfaces. The angled spray direction makes it possible to coat surfaces that cannot be reached effectively with a straight spray pattern.

The Angled extension has a length of 300 mm, providing extended reach for coating deep internal and recessed surfaces.

The extension has an outside diameter of only 7 mm, making it particularly suitable for applications where access is limited.

The Angled extension provides a spray angle of 80–120 degrees, allowing the coating to be directed toward internal or difficult-to-access surfaces.

The Angled extension is available with 0.6 mm and 1.1 mm nozzle sizes, allowing the setup to be adapted to different coating materials, flow requirements and applications.

The Angled extension features needle closing directly in the tip. This provides precise material shut-off close to the spray point and helps improve control of the coating process.
