Crescocito designs and build complete paint distribution systems. It can be based on standard solutions in combination with customized details. Or it can also be a completely customized solution. Regardless the number of colours, number of consumers of each system, Crescocito offers you the turn key distribution system, or part of it if requested. No matter if it is 1 colour water based 1K paint, or 24 colours solvent based 2K/3K solution with multiple catalysts. The system will be adapted to your delivery container sizing, daily handling routine and other basic but important facts. Initially an PID proposal is presented with all functional components in the complete system.
When this is mutually approved, an 2D/3D assembly is presented to have a clear understanding of handling space requirements etc. In an early stage of each proposal we will calculate the vital facts in order to handle your material in correct way. Pressure drop, circulation velocity, sedimentation, shear forces, temperature influence and many other facts are considered before the installation can be made. Functional components are selected carefully in order to have the best operational performance and running cost.
Majority of the equipment are built as preassembled units that are functionally tested. The 3D layouts makes it also possible to prepare mechanical installations simultaneously on site to reduce total installation time. Pressure testing according to PED are done, the complete system is cleaning according to agreed instructions. Electrical sensors and switches are connected and tested against controllers to validate process parameters.
